Suckling's Yard was the first nursery opened by Paul and Angela Spencer in April 1993 and is now registered with Ofsted to take 50 children

The nursery is based within a specially converted office building in a secluded yard, just off the High Street in Ware. The nursery was completely refurbished in 2003 with new carpeting, decor and furniture to complement our Nascuropathy^TM programme along with new children's toilets, nappy changing facilities and kitchens. The nursery also has a sensory garden for those wonderful sunny days.

Our smallest nursery has space for 20 under 2's and 30 over 2's, and is arranged over 2 floors. In each room the children have access to a wide range of toys and activities and there are information points for parents to read about the day's activities. Breakfast, Lunch and Tea are prepared freshly on site each day by the nursery cook and all chilldren and carers, even the littlest members of the nursery, are encouraged to eat together at meal times.
